Will Mohring didn't get into real estate to close deals — he got into it to help families make the biggest financial decision of their lives without getting steamrolled. As Principal Broker of Mohring & Co., he's spent over six years working Portland Metro and SW Washington families through buying, selling, and investing with straight answers instead of sales pitches.
He'll tell you what your home is actually worth, not the number that gets a listing signed. He'll tell you when a “deal” isn't one. And he'll still be a phone call away five years after you've moved in.
Will lives in SE Portland with his wife and two kids, so when he talks about a neighborhood's school district or its commute into the city, he's speaking from experience, not a market report. Outside of work, he's usually gardening, traveling with his family, or volunteering on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and his kids' school district.
