Will is the founder and principal broker of Mohring & Co., where he has built his business around one simple philosophy: relationships come before transactions. Will believes in putting down deep roots through service, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people and communities he serves.
With a diverse background spanning hospitality, government and community relations, sales, and real estate, Will brings a strategic yet people-first approach to every client relationship. In just six years, he has helped clients achieve more than $40 million in real estate sales, earning a reputation for delivering results through expert guidance, strong negotiation, and personalized service Specializing in new construction, resale homes, investment properties, and property management, he helps buyers find the right opportunities and empowers sellers with strategic pricing, marketing, and negotiation to maximize their results. Whether working with buyers or homeowners preparing to sell, Will is committed to delivering honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and an exceptional experience tailored to each client's unique goals.
Beyond real estate, Will is passionate about strengthening the communities he calls home. He proudly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and serves as Chair of the Centennial School District Board of Directors, believing that leadership extends far beyond business and into making a lasting impact.
Will lives in Southeast Portland with his wife and their two young children. When he's not helping clients or serving the community, you'll find him traveling with his family, working in the garden, or exploring the Pacific Northwest outdoors.
Morgan Kirnak

Morgan specializes in transaction coordination, guiding every contract from acceptance to closing with organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication. Having started her career as a real estate broker, she understands both the logistical side of transactions and the emotional experience clients go through when buying or selling a home. This unique perspective allows her to anticipate needs, solve problems, and create a seamless experience for every client. Born and raised in the Portland area, Morgan brings deep local knowledge of the communities she serves. Her commitment to service and organization helps ensure every detail is handled and every client feels supported from contract to closing.

After an extensive career in customer service, Damien transitioned into home inspections in 2022 with a passion for helping people make confident real estate decisions. He is committed to providing Mohring & Co.’s buyers and sellers with thorough, easy-to-understand information, empowering them to move forward with clarity and peace of mind. Known for his attention to detail and approachable style, Damien genuinely enjoys helping clients through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
